The job was posted online, submitted my info right away. The next day I received an email requesting a time for a phone interview. The phone interview went well, then scheduled to meet with a regional manager within the next day or so. The 1-to-1 interview went great, the regional manager was casual in persona yet very passionate about the job, industry, etc. Ultimately another person got the position, but this is not the kind of company you just give up on!

The interview process was fairly straight forward. I was sat down in a room and interviewed by 2, management-level gentlemen. It lasted about 30 minutes. They took some time to make me feel comfortable and warmed up with some questions about myself prior to digging deeper into my resume.

Phone Interview first, then in person. Easy questions, but not very related to the position. The questions I asked to the interviewer wasn't understood and answered. I had to email the recruiter about the status my application and they responded months later with an automated response.
