The Hiring Manager called me on the interview time and day he had set up through email. He seemed to be very friendly. He asked simple questions regarding the position and my background experience. Then he said that I am the perfect match for the position and he will set up an on-site interview taking the process further. It's been 2 months and I haven't got a single reply for my 3 emails and multiple voicemail's left at his office. Its shameful for the HR Department of such a big company to be so non professional.

I was reached out to by the Hiring Manager after a resume review. The first call with the HM was a conversation about the company, interests, and experience on my resume. The next round was a larger group interview with the HM, Sr. MFG Eng, and Op. Mgr. of the facility. The process was very streamlined and the team was very transparent about timelines and expectations.

Got interviews at professional conference. Interviewers were very nice and calm. I knew ahead of time about the position i was being considered and so i did my research on their website. Understood what the company was about and what they valued.

Applied online. Took about 2 months from sending the application to be set up for an interview. Was a panel with the group manager and two other managers in the same department. The interview lasted an hour.
