first step :
was exam (4 questions )
one math and the rests are data structure and algorithms
the second is the hr interview
then problem-solving interview ( three questions ) with the manager
I applied for a backend developer position. After submitting my CV, I was informed that there will be a written technical exam covering IQ, problem solving, and C# code tracing. I’m currently preparing for the interview and awaiting the next steps in the process. So far, the communication has been clear, and I'm looking forward to the experience.

The company is known to focus on technical problem-solving skills. Based on my research and preparation, I expect questions related to logic puzzles, IQ challenges, and C# code tracing. I'm also preparing for basic algorithms, arrays, and OOP concepts.

Entretien
I first had an HR interview, then a technical interview. The HR interview was completely normal like any other company, while the technical interview only about problem solving and the questions where all of normal level, however the fact of it is an interview and that you have to answer immediately could be a bit stressing, so think deeply before you answer. People there are very kind and helpful too.
