A complete WASTE of my time. I was 'rushed' in for an in person for an "immediate hire" position 3 weeks ago with GDIT and haven't heard anything since. I arrived at my interview and there was some arrogant lady from Softworld coughing and sneezing everywhere (in the middle of a pandemic): As soon as the lady from GDIT came out to interview me, the Softworld lady handed her a business card and then darted out the door and left. It is unclear WHAT her purpose was for being there to begin with. After I interviewed with GDIT, the Softworld people have been nothing but RUDE and have ZERO information as to what is going on. When I emailed them to inquire about the status of the position a couple weeks, all I got was "when we hear something, we'll let you know". 20+ days later and they haven't even bothered to tell me the outcome of the interview or the position. Just disappeared. VERY, very unprofessional, arrogant, and RUDE. This is a HORRIBLE company. I risked my HEALTH to go in for an in-person interview during a pandemic, and they don't even have the common courtesy to update me regarding the status of the position. Do not conduct business with them or ANY other "third party" recruiter or staffing agency . All they do is WASTE YOUR TIME and treat you like a disposable commodity.
