Step 01   :   Group Discussion or 1 minute talk - Topics to be given on spot(Mostly current affairs , technology etc) Step  02  :   Technical Aptitude Test(45 minutes - 40 questions) - This test will have topics that include C , C++ programming , program outputs , Database and SQL DBA related questions , OOPS concepts and basics of engineering curriculum questions Step 03  :   Computer Program Test (30 minutes) - Have to execute and show the output on the system for patterns , series etc(C,C++  or Java programmes can be executed) Step 04  :   Technical Rounds(Face to Face) – Technical/ Analytical / Logical / Reasoning ability( Softway Solutions Office) Step 05  :   Managerial Round( Softway Solutions Office) Step  06 :  HR Round( Softway Solutions Office)

I am a college recruit for Softway . The interview process was very simple and had & 6 levels in it. There was an aptitude test followed an one minute talk after which there was a programming test followed by technical interview(Skype) after that there was Managerial round(Skype) and the last was the HR interview(Skype). Throughout the process every interviewer were very friendly and patient.
