Aptitude test difficulty level is okay , psychometric test is easy , 3 rounds of interviews, one round By team lead of the process or department and a would be colleague, second round by senior team leader or director of the service business or vertical, third round by the service owner who can be fron Germany or Switzerland . Difficulty level was okay of the interview.the difficulty and technicality depends on your profile but don't assume it to be easy.
