A recruiter from LinkedIn contacted me regarding the Technical Support Engineer position. The hiring process for this role involves the following stages: Phone Screening (30 minutes): A recruiter will conduct a preliminary screening to assess suitability for the position. Technical Round with an Engineer (45 minutes): An interview will be conducted with a technical expert to evaluate technical skills and knowledge. Final Round Loop (2.5 hours): This comprehensive round consists of three separate interviews conducted on the same day. Each interview lasts for 45 minutes. 1st Round: Technical questions focused on Java programming and Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA). 2nd Round: Managerial interview based on work experience and projects mentioned in the resume, as well as situational questions. 3rd Round: An interview with two tech support engineers to assess knowledge of networking protocols like TCP/IP, SMTP, and other related topics such as SSL and certificates. Outcome: It's being more than a month and they've ghosted me. I haven't heard back from them and on my Software AG workday portal it still shows In Progress.

The initial round was through a campus career fair, followed by resume screening., After that, there was a technical interview with questions based on my resume and projects that I worked on . Some of the questions were based on java, SQL, and networks.

The initial round was an technical video interview followed by three on-site rounds which had emphasis on Database concepts, troubleshooting issues, networks and Java based questions. Mostly it was based on the testing your trouble shooting skills
