Phone calls, Skype calls, over and over again. Difficult test with no guidance over new year and Christmas. Then they stopped asking me for interviews so I guess I didn't get the job. In fact they stopped replying to requests for status updates. Would not want to work for a company that doesn't tell interviewees that they were not successful, and this is one of those companies.
