Interview was from start like a war zone. The interviewer was taking interview as if he has taken oath not to select anyone. When I answered question about theta stack where the complexity of fetching smallest number is always 1 by extending Stack which he was fine with , but when he saw I solved, he started how can you extend stack, implement stack and show. Same with another question where given a tree, swap left and right child which are present on same level. Then another question he asked about finding next maximum number in a array in 1 iteration, I could not solve and the answer which he has mugged up, he tried to show me and he himself could not solve it and that was funny. His many issue was he has mugged up all questions from geeksfromgeeks and anyone else who has not read those questions and were not answering that way, he was not happy. His motto, it is a premium company and candidate should be able to answer questions from all these sites. he was never satisfied with any answer and will keep on checking answers like an over eager kid

I interviewed for the position of Senior Software Developer - Natural Application Integration OS (Adabas & Natural). From the outset, the hiring manager expressed surprise that my CV had been shortlisted, as it did not reflect experience with C/C++. I clarified that the job description did not specifically require C/C++ but focused on middleware services to integrate with the platform, which seemed to address his concerns. He proceeded to ask several technical questions and agreed to arrange a second technical interview with a senior developer, who was on vacation at the time.
The interview was initially scheduled for the day following the developer’s return, but I requested a reschedule, which was accommodated for the next working day. However, two hours before the rescheduled interview, I received a rejection email stating that another candidate had been selected and offered the position. This was both disappointing and felt unfair, as my skills were not fully evaluated during the process.

First round is totally domain specific and one or teo small coding questions may be asked. Second round is mainly a mixed of both domain specific knowledge and more on coding logics, 2 easy to medium dsa questions. Manager is totally scenario based techno managerial discussions. Director is also a techno managerial sort of discussion. HR round is based on compensation and benefits stuffs only.
I have to drop the offer cause I came to know that the director is pretty rude and un professional, plus i also had better offer than this company.

Got a call from consultancy. Attended the interview on a weekend. There were initial 2 rounds of interview, the first round was coding I have answered all the question and the panel was happy with all answers. Second round worst person has encountered as it was already late evening he simply asked about me and told me to leave for the day without asking any question, I am shocked. Such a stupid process.
