Process was really Good. Called candidates in sequence of their arrival for interview. Nice arrangement for lunch and snacks. Process took 7 rounds in total and after that I was kicked out by labeling the reason that I am not good technically. First round was written, online coding round and then 2 technical rounds. After that one managerial round, one Director round and then HR round. Salary/job expectations all were noted and they told Recruitment team will contact me next week for salary components which might not be what I expect. Next Monday I got a call from recruiter to come for another technical round since they were not convinced with 6 rounds already taken. Unwillingly I went for another round and I screwed up there. The panel had taken 2-3 questions from GeeksfoGeeks and wanted same solution. I suspected they were not willing to offer to my expectation, but they could have told that better way being straight forward that expectation is beyond the company standard. Advice to management/recruiter: Please make sure you can afford the salary to the expectations of candidate or ready to negotiate one. If not, please don't waste your time and his/hers when you know you will not release offer
