The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Softenger (Pune). first round is telephonic and next is face to face technical round and HR round and in first round they checked my resume and shortlisted in group of people and send to next level face to face round.

Interview process is same as all IT companies..
two aptitude test.. one on mathematics and verbal non verbal.. and second on logical reasoning..
then group and HR round..
HR round was good they ask about yourself about family and academic project..
nice behavior..

I was fresher when I appeared for the interview, It was combination of technical and managerial questions.
since I was a fresher back then, technical question were basic(most of) and HR managerial questions were little tricky,
