J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez SoftMoc (Edmonton, AB) en sept. 2015
Entretien
I applied in person, but didn't receive a call until a month later (they weren't hiring the month earlier). I was asked a few basic questions over the phone (such as why do you want to work at SoftMoc?), and was asked to come in for a in-person interview. The in-person interview itself was a pretty standard retail interview. The manager at my store was extremely nice and made an effort to make the interview as comfortable and causal as possible.

I applied through indeed for a position. My interview consisted of questions about my experience with POS systems and customer service and other general questions about strengths and weaknesses and a scenario-based question about how I would handle a difficult customer. It was a very casual interview.

Very low key. Met with manager had some small talk. We chatted about basic transferrable skills. Past employment and what that was like. Looked at the perks of the job and discussed the hours expected and dress code. Left with a message to hear back shortly from management regarding status of employment.

It was very short and brief. They asked the typical interview questions and then gave me a tour of their stock room. The interview was done in the mall cafeteria
