I attend 2 different interviews and 2 assesments. First interview is with developer from the company. Second one is with HR and unit manager. They mostly ask some basic java questions and regular HR questions like "What is the most struggling moment in your work life and how did you handle the stuation?". I passed every step but they did not accept me because of my visa. They never ask what is my visa till the end. I opened that conversation and said I will need sponsorship in the future but not now. So they ghosted me for few weeks. After that they reopen the job post again. Very poor HR ethics.
