The interview process was straight forward. It consists of list of questions on sheet of paper. The interviewer will be scoring you based on your response on each question. Basically to find out if you have or understand good customer service skills.

Entretien
Chose to do the group interview process. We were split up into smaller groups of 4/5 within the conference room. They also gave us a bit of background information on the core values of Sodexo and the races aswell as their expectations. Staff had a very positive attitude which really eased my nerves and helped me relax into the process!
