Very thorough phone interview with senior management. I felt they really took the time to review my resume and asked me many pointed questions that seemed very relevant to the job and the field. It was almost an hour and a half interview.

It was very casual. Through Zoom, very straight forward, the internship is very structured and the people are very nice and have good relations with each other. They asked about my past experiences, and gave some hypothetical situations to test my skills like "what if i ask you to give me a marketing plan for a new restaurant etc...."
