Prior to the interview, requirements included essay, 2 academic references, and a resume. The interview consisted of panel of 6 interviewers who all asked a series of different questions relating to person experiences as well as intentions for the future.

Explain a situation where you encountered an obstacle that you had not been faced with before and how did you solve the issue at hand?
It was the general interview process. They asked questions about: working with a team, hours you can work, overview of the internship you're applying for, what your interests are, if you are interested in working for Sodexo after the internship

The interview process was lengthy but good overall. I had three interviews spanning over a couple of weeks before receiving an offer. They are very nice people and really value diversity and inclusion.

How do I implement diversity and inclusion in my life and at work?
Amazing interview process, the team was very helpful and collaborative. The interview was transparent, the questions were related to my previous professional esperience. The company offices were very nice and the look was relaxed, casual but a bit formal.
