I was contacted by company's chief product officer via email four hours ago to inquire about availability for the interview. There was no prior call from a recruiter or HR representative, and the questions were behavioral and situational rather than technical. It felt like he was just reading the script, not paying attention to what I was saying, and not taking notes. He also responded to my application after two months, and when I confirmed that he found it through the XYZ portal, he didn't appreciate the question and gave me a rude look. Very unprofessional; he scheduled an interview on the same day after four hours and was unresponsive. I am not willing to join any organization that does not value candidates' time and appreciate their immediate availability
