Introduction interview with recruiter. Recruiter asked basic ML question.
Technical Interview with a Data Scientist: 2 SQL questions (partition clause) one medium python programming question
behavioral interview with Lead . asked a set of behavioral questions like best job you had so far, worst job you have had, some questions on resume, your working style etc
take home assessment : had to evaluate different classification models, create presentation and submit the code and relevant work, there was also a section to produce your own business case and section where you had to preprocess data
panel interview : interviewed with 4 members of the team, presented my work on take home assessment and was asked variety of questions on my approach and thought process
final interview with VP : asked question on resume and style of work, he wanted to check if the candidate is able to communicate with non technical stakeholders

Job description and recruiter phone screen didn't match at all. Recruiter should know what the job role is about. The employers here are pretty nice though. They were very helpful.
After spending 4 weeks in the interview process and performing pretty well in every interview, got ghosted without any update or feedback.
Last round was supposed to be behavioral but they asked me ML case studies which was very unexpected. Time and energy spent on this firm is useless.

Initial HR Call
The first step is a call with an HR representative, who will walk you through the entire interview process.
Technical Interview
This round includes:
One Leetcode medium-level problem
Pyspark-related questions
SQL-based queries
Interview with the Hiring Manager
This is an opportunity to discuss your background and how well your experience aligns with the job role.
Assessment Round
You will be given a dataset to analyze.
Since the company focuses on fraud detection, the dataset will be similar to real-world fraud-related data.
You are expected to explain your approach, why your analysis matters, and build a model.
You will also need to justify your choice of metrics and present your findings to a panel consisting of the Hiring Manager, VP, and Senior Data Lead.
