First four rounds were scheduled via Video call and the last round was direct one.
At first call, the Senior Technical Recruiter spent 30 mins to explain about the company, job and exceptions. That gave a good impression about job and company.
The second round was scheduled with the Lead DevOps for 30 mins. This interview was very structured. He checked if I had knowledge on technologies required for the role. Few scenario based questions were asked. Also explained the day to day work and it's nature.
The third round was with Director DevOps for an hour. He asked almost all the relevant questions about the job. This call was extended 15 more mins as I asked few doubts about the role.
The fourth round was with the VP of Infrastructure for 30 mins. It was about the processes.
All the above rounds were scheduled properly. The Technical Recruiter gave enough time to be prepared. All the above people were so knowledgeable and they gave proper time to explain about me and my day to day work. No questions were asked from the technologies I never worked earlier.
The final round was in Chennai office with the team members and Chennai's Manager of People Operations. It went good. Few questions related to specific tools can't be answered by me. But I assured to learn them sooner.
After 9 days, I got the call from Manager of People Operations Chennai. She revealed the feedback about the last round and the offer was released on same day. The delay was due to Christmas holidays.
