J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Socialpoint (Barcelone) en janv. 2021
Entretien
Process is long, but very detailed and well thought.
There´s a business case after initial conversation with HR, which is followed during the further interviews.
Business case helps to learn and understand essentials of the role.

First, there is a Small interview with HR, then you need to do a Business Case where you can understand more about what are you going to do in that position (even if you don't pass it, you can learn a lot), in the end, you do an interview with someone of the team.

They asked me about my experience in a similar position
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Socialpoint (Barcelone) en déc. 2019
Entretien
The interview spanned across more than 2 months, and involved a first Skype interview, practical case, 2 interviews commenting said case and an on-site, full day interview.
Up until the on-site, the process was very satisfactory. Active feedback, intelligent questions and on-time interviews. The practical case was lengthy and touched on a variety of cross-platform questions.
The on-site interview was conducted in a very professional way too, and I got to interact with many different people from diverse areas in the company, as well as a guided tour of their offices.
I was told I would get an answer within 2-4 days. I got in touch with the external recruiter 6 days later, and was told they needed a 2 weeks more to decide. I contacted again with the recruiter once this period passed, only to be notified that the position was on hold as they had not seen enough people to find the perfect fit.
I was never contacted by Social Point again, given any feedback or received any e-mail. A perfect process (in which it's completely understandable to get discarded), tainted by quite an unprofessional approach in the end. I also cannot understand what is the rationale behind asking someone to invest a whole working day for an interview when the company is not ready to select a candidate among the finalists.
Hopefully they review their processes to avoid situations like this in the future.
