Applied online. After about two months I got called for an interview. Questions where basic, very customer service related. Got an email telling me my score, but after two weeks I got another email telling me I was not selected. If this happens to you, don't dispair because two weeks later I got a phone call asking me if I was still interested.

Lengthy and general questions were asked during the interview by two managers. No written part to interview but general questions that are asked in terms of dealing with difficult situations

I received an email from the manager and asked me to come in for an interview. I was interviewed by 4 supervisors/managers. They asked me a series of questions listed on their document and got back to me within 1-2 weeks.
