I was first asked a couple of general questions just to determine fit, then I was given a scenario and asked to prepare for a couple of minutes to answer questions from one of the interviewers who was acting like an individual calling for claims assistant. After I passed that portion of the interview, I was told I passed the scenario assessment and asked more specific questions to see if I fit the job profile.

Completed application on federal employment website, the application was completed on USA jobs. Took several months after application before interview. Interview consisted on a variety of questions about customer service and application capabilities.

Very Good interview with a well informed interviewer. Learned the job duties in a concise manner. I appreciate the knowledge of the interviewer and their understanding of the agency and position.
