It was brief and to the point. 3-panel interviewers and they asked 1 question a piece. They explained the benefits and the work schedule. They explained the realistic duties of the position and how hectic it can be. They were pretty straightforward for the most part.

Scenario questions. 1) A customer wants a refund 2) Determine if a person is the biological parent 3) read a paragraph and did role play too the scenario. I have to wait and see what the outcome. I did not do any fingerprints, I hope that doesn't mean I didn't get the job.

Interview was done via phone. Interview questions were asked by two different people. Standard customer service questions. There were also questions about acceptable documents if the font was different on a document in multiple sections of the document or if a name was spelled incorrectly in different sections on a document.
