I was contacted several weeks after submitting my application to schedule a phone screen, and then contacted for a second interview the next week. They scheduled me for a two-hour block in the afternoon, where I met with an HR person for half an hour, the person who would be my supervisor and another person at that level for an hour, and then another half hour with two peer-level Program Assistants. They followed up within two weeks after the interview to let me know the position had gone to another candidate, but overall my experience was positive and professional.
The most difficult part of the interview was the duration. The questions were a fairly standard array that matched well with the position level and the experience required.
