The interview process was done directly with the top management of the company. It was a single meeting and I was asked about my life, my previous work experiences and my motivations for new challenges. The interview was done together with an other candidate that at the end came up to be my colleague.

Good experience and policy in the company but late growth one can expect good experience for futures job profile and good office environment. In one word good for those one wants to learn how corporate life is.
