Asks for compensation expectations and sets up a conversation with the hiring manager and next in line 2. Cleared both the telephonic interview 2 days later 3. Same day recruiter calls to schedule next and final set of interviews on the next day, which I tried to reschedule to the following week in order to gain a weekend to prepare. I was assured that the process is very fast and I should know final decision in 2 days. 4. I succumed to that and scheduled for 5 video interviews for Friday evening 5:00 PM - 8 :00 PM EST given I was on east coast 5. The coordinator sents email for reschudeling conversation with one interviewer at 9:30 PM EST for 9 AM following day conversation which in itself was insane. 6. Ofcourse I adjusted. Its been 4 weeks, after calling and connecting over emails and linkedin with the interviewer and recruiter goes un answered !!!
