      Entretien

      My interview was a disaster. It was completely obvious that they were not prepared for me to come in. They had no idea what they were doing. My interview was with one of the managers and you could tell he did not want to be at work that day. He did not smile nor act friendly. He quickly asked me a few questions and I was out of there in 5 minutes. I could tell he did not want to talk to me. I tried to be my happy, positive, upbeat self, but it is extremely hard when the other person acts like work is the last place they want to be. When I got an email a few days later that I was not selected, I was not surprised. In fact, I was actually relieved. Why would I want to work for a company who treats prospect employees like that? He did not make me feel welcome at all and had such a negative attitude. I have quite an impressive resume with lots of customer service background, and even if they would have offered me a position, I would have declined it.

      The Company took me on 3 interviews but didn't give me a reason why i wasn't chosen after 2 weeks waiting for an email. I emailed back to ask why I wasn't chosen and I received no reply.

      Entretien

      The process was a very smooth and easy transition. Everyone was really nice and informative about what the process would be like. The recruiter did a great job of keeping me informed on what was going on in the application process. It only took a couple of weeks for the hiring recruiter to let me know if I was hired.
