The first interview was over the phone, and they were 40 minutes late to call. Not a huge deal, but a bit unprofessional. The interview was pretty standard regarding general experience and background. The second interview was on-site, and was with four people two at a time. The first two were upper management, and the other two were potential peers. The interview was also fairly standard, with the typical questions you would expect. I did not get an offer, and there was absolutely no follow up from the recruiter. Pretty unprofessional, but this should be expected from a startup.
