I applied online. 2 weeks later by email HR asked me to do an online assessment test (some hiring managers are flexible if you are on vacation) the test has to be completed within 48hrs of the email. Once I passed the online test, 2-3 weeks later the hiring manager conducted a phone interview with me. 3 weeks after that I was emailed for an in-person panel interview that included 3 directors from different depts. 4 weeks later (I was on pins and needles because the process was already at 2 months), I heard back from the hiring manager for a final interview with the hiring manager and a VP. 2 weeks later I recieved the job offer. Overall time frame was about 3 1/2 month, but there was another 2-3 weeks at the very end for the background and drug test, so about 4 months from start to end.

Screening, test, interview and second interview. Situation based questions. Based around work experiences. three to five questions max. Interview panel were gracious and had a few follow up questions. Overall, it was a good experience although I declined the job offer
