They want to have a candidate who already knows 90% of their daily chores as they do not want to "waste" time training people for their BAU activities. The interview was a waste of time.

It was around 4 interviews. 3 of them very technical but a lot of repetitive questions. Getting responses on about next rounds took a bit too long. In my experience, I didn’t have just one HR person to answer, I got responses from different ones.
