The hiring process was very straightforward. It began with an interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by a technical interview conducted by a Sales Engineer. This technical session included an examination with a substantial emphasis on challenging database and SQL-related questions. Overall, the process provided a comprehensive evaluation of both my interpersonal and technical skills.

Question 1
During the technical exam, we used an online simulation of a generic SQL management system. If you are skilled and familiar with SQL, databases, modern trends, etc., you will be fine.
HR reached out to schedule a call with the Hiring Manager. Call conducted via zoom and was strictly behavioral. I'm sure there are next steps but I did not proceed beyond this step in the process.

4 Interviews. Phone, technical, interview with account exec (sales side) and then a final panel/presentation.
Technical was straightforward, but make sure to brush up on SQL queries (some moderate to advanced questions but no actual coding in the interview) and data warehouse architecture.
Two people I was coordinating with got let go during my interview process (a bit of a red flag) and the new hiring manager ended up ghosting me at the final panel interview, so it never went through.

Der Prozess hat ca 4 Monate in Anspruch genommen und war ein mix aus informellen und formellen Gesprächen mit unter anderem dem HM, Teammitgliedern, Counterparts, Sales Director. Neben einem technischen Interview, war auch eine Use Case Assesement mit einer Präsentation enthalten
