I was referred to a recruiter by a current employee. I was informed immediately that I was very early in the application process(job description wasn't out yet) but that they would keep in touch with me along the way. The recruiter emailed me the job description and I immediately applied. The steps were as follows: 1. Phone screening 2. Hiring Manager Interview 3. Technical Interview 4. Technical Presentation I had constant communication with my recruiter throughout. She was amazing and helped keep me up to speed throughout the entire interview. The process overall took 2 months from application to offer. As I said, I was an early applicant and I know other applicants whose process was half that time.
