Two round-interviews. First with immediate team members/supervisor, then with full staff. Great organization, very good mission, everyone was really nice. Very typical interview questions. Only negative was that after the 2nd round interview, I was promised that they would let me know the outcome - whether good or bad. I never heard from them again.
