An outstanding candidate experience. I always knew what was expected of me, and the recruiter clearly outlined what to expect in each round. There was a strong emphasis on culture fit and mutual alignment to help prevent surprises after joining. I also appreciated the lack of LeetCode algorithms, replaced by system designs, in-depth technical discussions of past projects, and pseudocode exercises.
