First call was great - got an overview of the company, the role, the interview process, hiring team, etc. They did an excellent job getting me excited about the opportunity. Made it past the initial interview, and the next step was another phone interview.
I was told it would run anywhere from 30-60 minutes, which was interesting (and definitely can be hard to plan around with another job/interviews). We got the interview scheduled.
As a note, I was told the interview process would be the initial phone screen, the next interview, and then a ~2.5 hr interview with leadership.
A few hours before the interview starts, I get an email that they need to move the interview, so I provide more times and we reschedule. The morning of the rescheduled interview, I get another email that they again need to move the interview by 15 minutes. 15 minutes after the re-rescheduled interview was meant to start, I get an email saying that the person I was supposed to interview with had a meeting running over but that they're available two business days later.
I withdrew my candidacy; if schedules are constantly getting shifted in such a way where interviews keep getting bumped, it seems like the position is actually a very low priority hire or that there are some deeper issues within the organization.
