One-stage interview process. More informal and relaxed. The interview was fairly simple and straight-forward. It took about 15 minutes and was advertised as more of an informal chat with the manager.

I was called by the employer and asked to come in-store for a chat. This was an informal interview in the shop with the owner/manager. They asked about general experience, customer service and computer skills.
