J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Snapfish (San Francisco, CA)
Entretien
Typical phone screen, then onsite interview with hiring manager, team, and other teams you'd be working with.
While the other team members were pleasant, the hiring manager was very unprofessional, bordering on rude. He was aggressive, persisting in questions about the agile process/JIRA as if trying to catch me/prove me wrong. Worst of all was the 'ghosting' -- as one team member was unavailable that day, he inquired about my availability to speak with her the next day, only to never reply back/respond. YOU ASKED ME about following up to complete the interview process, you could have at the very least let me know that you changed your mind/weren't going to move forward with me -- that would have been the courteous/polite thing to do. Even if I had received an offer, I would NEVER want to work for this kind of a manager.
