I had gone through 5 interviews in Sanpdeal Bangalore and they asked me to go to delhi for manager discussion, they gave me flight tickets for delhi with same day return ticket. When i was in Bnagalore office for interview, treatment was very good, whole day they offered us Tea,coffee,sandwich,lunch and everything required. When i reached delhi, i landed at 11AM morning and booked a cab(there was no cab provided by snapdeal) and reached there at snapdeal delhi office by 12PM. I waited there for 1 hour and one guy took me for technical interview, i told him i have already gone through couple of interviews and i came here for manager interview, i have return flight at 6PM. He said you have to give this technical interview, after this manager will have discussion with you. That interview went till 2PM. Till now they did not even offered me a cup of tea. I was empty stomach from morning. After interview i asked that guy, let me go out and have some food or arrange some food for me i am hungry. He said wait we will arrange something for you. I waited another one hour and no one came with food or something else to eat. 3PM another guy came and took me for another technical interview, and that interview again went till 4PM. after interview i told him i came here for manager iterview and its 4PM now, i have flight at 6PM, i did not had anything from morning(not even a cup of tea), what is going on? he said ohh i am sorry you book a cab and go fast else you will miss your flight. He was not even concerned if my manager round is not done or if i am hungry, he just asked me to go and catch my flight. He said manager round can happen on phone olso, then why the hell you guys called me here in Delhi, i had already given 5 technical rounds in Bangalore. This was not at all acceptable. Very Bad experience. After two days i got call for snapdeal and they were asking when we can schedule your interview with manager. I decline to give interview. I do not want to work in thsi environment. I have one more offer of very good company where they respect candidates and employees. Sanpdeal delhi people does not have Professionalism, they have very poor management, they treat candidated very bad.
