This is such a third-grade firm. They have big words written everywhere but when it comes to actually implementing and inclusive they take the back seat. I applied to this company for the Product Operations Analyst role in June and after 20 days, I got scheduled for a round with HR. The HR's behavior was very vague and unprofessional in the interview. I literally shared and answered all questions keeping STAR methodology and leadership quality in mind while making sure to show both technical and managerial skills. He forced me to say a salary range and to proceed further in the interview I had to speak a salary range and he said, they would be paying the lower end of that range. After that they ghosted me for the next 25 days and after immense painful follow-ups they invited me for a second round with the hiring manager who again showed the same behavior. Felt like they were either not serious or were just playing with me. Post this I was ghosted again for the next 30 days. Eventually, after this, they rejected me in September. From June to September the pain they gave just to reject me shows a lot about this firm. If they are treating their prospective employees/ candidates like this, I wonder how they treat their clients and customers. Apply at your own risk.
