Recruiter reached out through LinkedIn, I was scheduled for a technical interview with a SWE. Figured out later that my grad date doesn't match what they were looking for :/

30 minute interview with trivial programming questions and behavioral questions followed by 5 hour project based interview with 4 rounds, 5 parts, a 30 minute break, and 30 min QA My interview experience was very poor. I solved all problems efficiently and my interviewers had positive feedback. However, after 2 weeks of silence I was rejected without explanation.
