Had two 1-hr interviews. Talked about my portfolio projects and answered some questions about my design process and design decisions. The entire process including getting the offer took about 2.5 weeks.

Why did you decide to put the button there? Describe the reasons behind your design decisions.
The hiring manager and other research scientists ask several rounds of technical questions as well as my research at school. Each interview lasts about an hour. They also briefly introduced the projects I might be working on if I got the offer.
