J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Snap

      Entretien

I had a mostly positive experience during the interview process, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and easy to talk to. The process did take a while, I went through three rounds of interviews and the total process took about 6 weeks. It felt like everyone was very busy, and things had to be rescheduled a few times. Sometimes it took a while for them to put something on the books. I made it to the final round of interviews (a panel, which was originally supposed to be 4 but was adjusted to 2), and I felt great about how things had gone. Was confident that I would get an offer, as I was a great culture fit and more than qualified for the role. I checked in with the recruiter a week after my final interviews, and received a pretty generic, copy-paste response that they were moving forward with another candidate. The email even repeated itself. I encouraged feedback since I had thought things had gone very well, but never heard back. It was very discouraging to have spent so much time and energy interviewing for a job I was very excited about and make it to the final rounds, only to be given a generic rejection email with no feedback. I don't think companies should treat good candidates who make it to the final round like that, especially when those candidates were personally referred by internal employees. And even more so during a pandemic. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I still think Snap is a great company and the people were lovely, and am still interested in working here, but they need to work on their recruiting etiquette.
