So impersonal. Talent acquisition reached out to express interest in my LinkedIn profile, and asked if they could call me to discuss the job further. They kept scheduling a time to call, but then kept apologizing for not being able to reach out, and ultimately never called. In the meantime while I waited for days/weeks to receive the phone call from Talent Acquisition, they had me complete a virtual interview. No human was present. It was about a dozen questions where you were given 30 seconds to read the question and come up with an answer, then the video would start recording automatically after 30 seconds. There were also time limits on how long the answers could be. No re-recording. Very strange, and cold experience. My pay requirements are listed on LinkedIn, as well as on the application. They had me interview and waste my time knowing they weren't going to come close to meeting my pay requirement.
