15 minute blitz interview, got to second round Met with the heads of each engineering discipline. Only half hour each. Asked about resume and experiences. Then took tour of manufacturing plant with current rotational manufacturing engineer

I applied online an received a text asking me to answer screener questions regarding employment eligibility which seemed smart and efficient. After completing this I was directed to an automated video interview website that I found extremely anxiety inducing. You are shown a video of someone asking a question, after which you are given 30 seconds to come up with a response and 3 minutes to record a video of your response. This immediately turned me off as I am applying for a job as an engineer, not a content creator, and have some considerable anxiety when it comes to recording myself on video. I declined to finish the interview and I imagine they are missing out on a large pool of qualified candidates who are not comfortable performing for the camera.
