4 person interview that lasted a few hours. Started with a sit down with the hiring manager that included a general background review and basic "get to know you" questions. The next portion of the interview involved a technical assessment. The assessment started by verifying measurements of a small part based on an engineering drawing. The next portion was an assembly of another small part. The running theme here is that the Austin site deals a lot with small devices. Technical portion is straight forward and easy for anyone savvy, the toughest part is dealing with the interviewer carefully examining everything you do. Talk through your process, it helps. After this there were two more one on one interviews. Relax, settle in, it takes a while.
