Entretien
Interview process is rather lengthy. Started with an email from a recruiter— set up a phone call with recruiter and it went really well. He just asked your basic interview questions “why medical sales?” “Walk me through your resume”. A few days later I got a text from the sales director, he set up a phone interview— interview went well and we set up a formal in person interview. This interview was pretty tough. An hour of straight questions. Lots of hypotheticals and deep thinking. I felt the interview went overall well considering the difficulty. Didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks and then I received a call from an ASR from a different city. This is a chance for you to ask questions about the day to day and job responsibilities. 2 weeks after that call I received an email from the recruiter saying they moved forward with another candidate. The process in total was about 2 months. Was frustrating not being selected after all of that time invested but I did learn a lot as it was my first big interview. My advice would be to have a really good reason on why you want to pursue medical sales and prove to them that this is a career for you.

Entretien
applies April 24th, finally heard something mid May and it was about the on-demand interview that you could do at your own pace. Did that and did not hear a single thing from them since. I would go back to the website constantly; all it would say is "in processing/screening". I checked on June 10th just to find out I was not selected to move on and still haven't heard a thing from them, I had to look for myself.

Informative and easy going. My first round was one way video interviews which then lead to a phone interview with the talent acquisition manager. Each process gave a lot of information about the role and company as a whole.

Entretien
The interview process is multi-stage. Stage 1, screening with a recruiter. Stage 2, phone interview with territory manager. Stage 3, interview with the team. Stage 4, Product presentation. They leave you ghosted throughout the process to see if you can keep the connection going. It was a 90-day process from the day I submitted my resume to the day I started.
