First I was contacted by Sandra Szczepanska | TA Sourcing Specialist, in order to set up a phone interview with Sannaa El Maaroufi Elidrissi, Talent Acquisition Specialist and her person. The phone interview started off, with Sannaa being the only person asking the questions and Sandra just there in the background and not uttering a word. Totally not involved, in the interview but just there (kind of weird, if you ask me). After only receiving question upon question (like a freight train), I was not given the chance to ask my own questions and the interview ended in a quick instance. I was even asking myself afterwards, "what the hell was that?!"In any case, it was said that I would get feedback within 2 weeks. It has now been, more than a month no feedback was given. And even though I have sent an email asking for an update twice, still no response has been received. This reflects so bad on Smith and Nephew, that in hindsight I am not sorry that nothing came off it. The words, ill mannered, rude, unprofessional, waste of time etc., spring to mind!
