First things First, The Hr and Recruitment process is pathetic. The Hr has all excuses in name of new start up. If the company wants to hire deserving candidates please replace the Hr on roll of kelly services. HR please first be aware of industry standards and policies and then approch the candidate before wasting thier time and energy. Please replace the HR and the company would definetly prosper.
