Entretien
They outsourced to contracting companies to gather a pool of candidates and then interviewed and tested those candidates. There can be anywhere from 1 - 4 people interviewing you and they all have their own questions that may be specific to you as a person from your given resume. They give you a basic test to insure you have problem solving skills.
