The interview process at Smile Design was easy and very friendly. I interviewed directly with the IT lead, who was pleasant and approachable. The technical questions were straightforward and well-aligned with the position, not overly difficult, but enough to properly assess knowledge and experience. Overall, the process felt fair, efficient, and well structured.
